Cupertino Podiatrist
Podiatrist in Cupertino
Diamond Certified Michael J. Cornelison, DPM, FACFAS formed Cupertino Podiatry, Inc. in 2003.

Services:

1. Therapeutic Footwear and Inserts
2. Foot, Ankle Treatments, and Surgery
3. Treatment for Sports Injuries

Dr. Cornelison specializes in advanced reconstructive surgery while simultaneously dedicating himself to helping patients avoid such surgery. His practice emphasizes restoring the support and function of the foot to provide long-term relief of symptoms rather than just relieving symptoms without addressing the underlying cause. He looks for the root of the problem rather than attempting to just put a band-aid on it.

Cupertino Podiatry can also fit patients with orthotics (therapeutic footwear and inserts) to aid recovery or for long-term management. And whether you are a serious athlete or weekend warrior, Dr. Cornelison can create a specialized sports injury treatment program to help you get back on your feet.

Our Practice

Welcome to Cupertino Podiatry Group. We are looking forward to seeing you on your first visit. We trust it will be a pleasant experience, as we offer a level of care that is personalized, professional, and as up-to-date as modern medicine offers.

Your initial visit will include a complete history and physical examination with specific attention to your individual foot or ankle problem. A brief evaluation may be done to learn more about the way you walk and how this affects your specific problem. If you have x-rays taken elsewhere and have them in your possession, please bring them with you. Every attempt will be made to relieve your discomfort of pain on this visit. You will also be given information about your problem with respect to cause and effect and possible treatment alternatives.

All of our medical and patient registration forms are located on our
Patient Resources page. We ask that you print them and fill them out completely. If you have difficulty downloading the forms, please call our office and we will send them to you. Please bring the forms and any insurance cards with you at the time of visit. If you are not sure we are a provider for your insurance plan, call the number on your card or look in the provider book supplied by your employer. You may also call our office to for a list of currently accepted insurers.

We are pleased you have selected our office and want to assure you that we will do everything possible to find an early solution to your foot problem. Feet are not meant to hurt.

We care about every step you take.
